- When you connect your WhatsApp Business account to Vacha, we receive and process messages sent to and from your WhatsApp Business number via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. This includes your WhatsApp Business number,
- WhatsApp message content is used solely to provide the Service (lead qualification, CRM logging, and AI-assisted responses) and is not sold or used for advertising.
- Business customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consentand legal basis to use AI-assisted messaging with their contacts, including compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and applicable messaging laws.
- Vacha complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy and does not use WhatsApp data for purposes other than providing the Service.
- We retain call and message data according to your settings or applicable law.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- Service Providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, telephony) under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Authorities if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Business Transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
